- Exercise regularly to keep the colon (large intestine) moving.
- Cleane your intestines regularly. With all the modified and junk foods, once every 2-3 weeks you should do a simple gut detox.
- Hydrate +++ if no fluid restrictions
- Eat a healthy diet, more fresh food, more vegetables and fruits. Avoid or cut on the process foods.
- Eat more fiber, take probiotic as needed to increase the good gut bacteria.
- Eat smaller and frequent healthy food.
- Avoid eating after 6 or 7 PMĀ Ā (except for diabetes conditions)Ā to give the digestive system a break and help with the process ofĀ Ā ingestion, propulsion, mechanical or physical digestion, chemical digestion, absorption, and defecation.
