Make your own nasal saline irrigation at home
✅ 3 tsp of non-iodine or less iodized salt, preferably bamboo, sea or Himalayan salt.
- Due to its high alkalinity, mineral content, and lack of pollutants like microplastics, bamboo salt is the healthiest salt on the Earth.
